BK1
Design Oscar and Gabriele Buratti
The BK kitchen collection was designed by famed Italian architects, Gabriele and Oscar Buratti of Buratti & Battiston Architects based in Milan.
The BK1 kitchen is for those who want everything hidden. It can be configured so that the doors conceal the ovens, the refrigerator, and even a fireplace.
Classicism echoes throughout these kitchens that unite tradition with modernity. A return to the warm hearths, but one with an essential and innovative design. The thermalized wood is offered in new shapes, bringing an original interpretation to the ancient tones of the material. Sophisticated, refined and minimal: BK kitchens stand out for their distinctive features, the design of the handles, the luxurious materials and the new highly functional technology.
This chimney column contains a barbecue module in corten iron, black varnished, reinstating the theme of the domestic fireplace and traditional cooking on fire.
Protected by a glass screen, it may be used as a decorative fireplace or alternatively as an actual barbecue grill for charcoal cooking.
The lower compartment may be used for wood and accessories storage.
